Data Collection

All Adaptek Systems custom testing equipment can be linked to computer based data collection, storage and retrieval. As a complete solution, Adaptek Systems can include our standard data acquisition software linking data files to your existing computer networks or analysis software. The Adaptek Systems Team can even provide links to our RIM system interface software, unique graphic or user interface screens, real time trend analysis and limit alarms.

Traceability Marking

As part of a complete testing and data collection program, final marking of the parts status is critical to your overall quality control. Most systems can incorporate modular stations for simple pass/fail indicator marking or real time marking of direct information such as date code, part number or time stamps. More complex testing requirements can include programmable links using serial communication from the integrated test instrumentation and downloaded to Automated Laser Corporation’s LS10 Laser Engraver for the ultimate in permanent part traceability marking.
