Adaptek Systems became a division of Adaptive Technologies, Inc. in 1989 to establish a highly-qualified design team focused on solving production challenges for the electronics, electro-mechanical and related plastics industries. We are centrally located 10 minutes north of Fort Wayne, Indiana, with convenient access from Fort Wayne International Airport.
Philosophy
The goal of the Adaptek team is to provide the highest quality equipment and the most cost effective solutions in custom automated production systems. From the concept to your production floor, our team is dedicated to providing the best value possible in assembly, testing and material handling systems.
Because of this philosophy, a large percentage of our annual business is generated by clients returning to Adaptek Systems to solve their most difficult and cost sensitive manufacturing challenges. We are looking forward to becoming part of your production success too!
Personnel
The Adaptek team is a full-time design and build group dedicated to your production success. This dedicated team includes experienced mechanical and tooling design engineers, electrical control designers, and advanced system programming engineers.
Complementing our design group are highly skilled machinists, fabricators, and engineering technicians producing your system to specification with precision quality.
In addition, the total project team completes each system, large or small with extensive equipment testing, excellent operational and maintenance training for your staff and complete mechanical, electrical and software documentation.
Typical systems range in throughput from a few hundred parts per hour to up to 1800 parts per hour per cell. Completed individual production lines have exceeded 17 million parts per year, achieving the highest levels of reliability.
Additionally, the Adaptek Systems team has developed two exclusive automated transfer systems to greatly improve your return on investment and your flexibility on the production floor. Our patent pending Modular Station Ring Dial Transfer and Modular Linear Palletized Transfer have both been designed to finally answer the need for a truly flexible, automated processing system platform.
