Automated Systems Remote Interface Management

RIM software (Remote Interface Management) developed by Adaptek Systems provides the flexibility to remotely monitor and access Adaptek's automation equipment for process analysis, real time run statistics and software manipulation via a Web browser. RIM software can be utilized with PLC and PC controlled systems through several available types of communication links to offer the fastest service possible to your production line for system trouble shooting, software modification and process confirmation. Using RIM software and the associated hardware, anyone with approved access can instantly observe the system in a production mode, evaluate status and implement software changes and upgrades in a very short timeframe and at a much lower cost to the end user.

System Summary Screen

Two simple remote monitoring screens are available with the RIM interface. The System Summary Screen allows the viewer to quickly assess the status of the machine over the period of a working shift. Status indicators such as the percentage of time the system is operating in a fully automated mode, faulted time, total recorded passed parts, recorded failed count, waiting on input and much more are provided.

System Detail Sheet

The System Detail Sheet is designed to give the viewer a concise data picture of the system and how it is performing. If the viewer wants more of a detailed understanding of the data behind the System Summary Screen, the detailed sheet is selected.
